Guildhall Windsor

Windsor

Berkshire

Just a few steps away from Windsor Castle, The Windsor Guildhall is a grade one listed building, with stunning rooms available for exclusive hire for meetings and events. Completed in 1689, the building is set among the splendour of the historic town Windsor with its easy access, famous visitor attractions and unique shopping and dining offer. A range of excellent hotels are within a few minute's walking distance. Whether it’s a meeting, press briefing, drinks reception, fine dining, or awards night, the Windsor Guildhall will provide a stunning heritage backdrop for your event.

The main event space, The Council Chamber can accommodate up to 100 guests and features an extensive royal portrait collection spanning the years between Queen Elizabeth I and HM Queen Elizabeth II as well as ornate chandeliers on loan from the monarch.

The Ascot Room has unique royal heritage as it was the room where Their Majesties King Charles III and Queen Camilla were married in 2005. In addition, the covered area under the building known as the Corn Market is a great vantage point to watch the ceremonial guards and regimental band march past on their way to Windsor Castle for the Guard Change on selected days of the week. The Corn Market and the adjoining Windsor & Royal Borough Museum can also be hired for exclusive use for a drinks reception prior to your event.

Guided tours are available from the Windsor & Royal Borough Museum team, or expert local speakers or the Royal Borough town crier can attend your event.

Our event team work with the very best local suppliers to tailor your event to your unique specifications.
