However, Ascot is also an unrivalled conference and events venue boasting 300 meeting rooms,  4000+sqm of exhibition space and 179 acres of stunning parkland,  Ascot provides a unique and inspiring backdrop for executive meetings for 10 as well as exclusive events for 3000.  Both standard and bespoke delegate packages are available, Ascot also regularly combines indoor facilities and outdoor space for bespoke events such as corporate team building, product launches, cycle races, even the circus!

Aside from racing, Fontwell Park is the perfect destination to hold a diverse range of events; from weddings to banqueting, exhibitions to christmas parties. With meeting space for 2 – 500 guests; both indoors and outdoor spaces can be utilised. From the resplendent Fontwell House, to our contemporary Premier Grandstand and Paddock Marquee, there are three great venues to suit any occasion.

The American Express Community Stadium is a contemporary multi-purpose venue featuring nine conference rooms, 21 executive boxes and five concourses. Catering for events from 2 - 550 delegates, the stadium lounges feature natural daylight, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and stunning pitch views or views of the South Downs. There are excellent transport links from both the A27 & A23 roadways, free parking onsite for over 800 cars, and a train station onsite (Falmer). The executive boxes work well for small meetings of up to 10 delegates. Large conferences are served with both breakout and exhibition space, as well as main plenary space for up to 550. 

Plumpton Racecourse - An independent national hunt racecourse

Plumpton Racecourse a hidden gem at the foot of the South Downs in East Sussex. One of the last remaining independent racecourses in the country, founded in 1884 it still has all the character you would expect a local course to have. Hosting 16 racedays a year from September to May it is perfect for all things corporate. With a large permanent marquee, 12 hospitality boxes, restaurant and directors box, the team can cater from 2 to 300. With Plumpton having hosted assessment days, interviews, conferences and networking events it really can cater for anything.
