A Mansion House hotel in Berkshire There has been an estate at Wokefield since the first house was built in the 1560s for the wealthy Plowden family. Set in 250 acres of Berkshire parkland, its history is etched in the different architectural features that greet you throughout. Now De Vere Wokefield Estate, the 376 bedroom hotel has been completely transformed following a £20 million restoration throughout: whether you choose to stay at Wokefield Place, Wellington Lodge or the estate’s historic Mansion House. The Weald & Downland Living Museum is set in 40 acres of the beautiful South Downs National Park in West Sussex. Crawley Hall is situated in the heart of the Museum’s medieval market square. Paultons Park is home to two meeting spaces for 6 – 120 delegates. Day Delegate packages include all the amenities required for a day out the office. Our Cedar Room is our largest corporate space and includes its own entrance, away from the turnstiles. Seating a maximum of 120 guests (theatre) it is a comfortable space for meetings and presentations. Our Learning Lab is a fully-themed interactive meeting space for up to 26 delegates. Designed for creativity, this is the only boardroom with bubbling test tubes!

The National Museum of the Royal Navy has 3 truly unique gallery spaces, ideal for corporate events, reception drinks, conferences and private dining experiences. Storehouse 11, home to the Nelson and Princess Royal Galleries, is steeped in naval heritage fully equipped with modern audiovisual equipment this is the perfect location for corporate events and meetings. The Victory Gallery houses our ornate collection of original naval figureheads and artefacts from HMS Victory. Split across two-levels, this space also has a balcony tucked away on the top level, with looks out into Portsmouth Harbour ideal for networking drinks and canapes.

Our private meeting rooms can seat up to 12 boardroom style. The Palm Court Lounge can accommodate up to 40 in our comfy armchairs or sofas or we can seat 16 board room style in lounge. Both have access to large TVs for presentations.

Housed in the magnificent Boathouse No.6 in Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, Action Stations offers a wide range of facilities for conference and event organisers. The combination of a spacious auditorium, Horizon Suite and open plan first floor make it a truly unique and versatile venue. The 275 seated auditorium and 100 seated Horizon suite both come complete with video conferencing systems, perfect for hybrid events. Both spaces also feature full sound system, radio microphones and lectern. Clients can opt to add on the open plan first floor as a networking or exhibition space.

Meeting capacity from 2 to 260 Theater style (small and large conferences)

A beautiful suite with large windows and lots of natural light, the Sienna Room is ideal for intimate civil ceremonies and boardroom meetings, lunches and dinners for up to 12 guests. Socially distanced set-ups are not available in Sienna Room.

Surrounded by maritime history, the Mary Rose Museum is no ordinary meeting space. Our Wardroom is an ideal location to hold a meeting or enjoy a private lunch. Why not take a break and visit the museum too! Includes complimentary tea and coffee.

The proximity of this venue to the M25 and M26 motorway make it ideal for meetings. Late bookings can be easily catered for in the Academy Area. Meetings in the lobby and lounge are useful for very small numbers.
