The Amelia Scott has multiple meeting spaces that suit smaller groups. The Work Room is a bright and modern space for up to 40 people. It features a fascinating museum exhibit surrounding the space that showcases the trade heritage of Tunbridge Wells. The Amelia Scott also offer The Green Room which seats up to 35 guests and is ideal for workshops or boardroom meetings.

Salomons Estate is a stunning Victorian mansion set in 36 acres of rolling gardens. Its meeting spaces cater for as little as 2 guests up to spaces for 34. 

The Spa Hotel, located in the heart of Royal Tunbridge Wells, offers a variety of meeting spaces for smaller events. The Boardroom, Ashdown Room, and Churchill Classroom are designed for boardroom-style meetings, accommodating 8–16 delegates. Additional meeting spaces are available for groups of up to 40 participants and can be configured in U-shape, theatre, or classroom layouts to suit your requirements.

Stanlake Park is a versatile historic estate, ideal for small meetings and private gatherings. Beyond our large Vineyard Barn for 150 guests, we offer flexible, intimate spaces: the Grade II-listed Coach House with a private courtyard for 70–90, the charming Wine Bar for up to 50, and the cosy Tasting Shed for 30. All venues feature modern amenities including fast WiFi throughout, a PA system, projector and screen, and onsite parking. The Voco Southampton can accommodate smaller meetings from 8 to 36 people in a U-shaped room style in one of our five meeting rooms. Many of our rooms easily welcome up to 16 U-shaped, with the largest room, 'Hampshire', welcoming up to 36. Layout options also include classroom or boardroom style.
