The Examination Schools offers 11 smaller meeting rooms, perfect for talks, day meetings, away days, workshops, seminars, AGMs and presentations. Capacities range from 9 to 100 people with a variety of layout options to suit your meeting.

Saïd Business School offers a wide range of contemporary meeting rooms suitable for board meetings, workshops, interviews, training sessions, and private discussions. The venue features 33 seminar rooms with capacities ranging from 8 to 20 delegates, offering flexible options for small meetings and breakout sessions. Flexible layouts, integrated AV technology, high-speed Wi-Fi, and dedicated event support create an efficient and comfortable environment for productive meetings.

The Garden Room at Great Comp is an elegant and intimate venue within the historic Great Comp House, accommodating up to 50 guests. With views across the beautiful gardens, it provides a charming setting for private celebrations, meetings, workshops, talks, exhibitions and small receptions. Combining period character with a peaceful atmosphere, the space offers a distinctive alternative to larger venues while benefiting from ample free parking and easy access from Sevenoaks, Tonbridge and Maidstone.

There are a further six smaller syndicate rooms which can accommodate numbers ranging from 6 to 60 in a variety of layouts. All rooms are on the main College site so no rushing back from lunch to recommence.

St Hilda's College provides elegant, classically styled boardroom meeting rooms for groups of 12–32 guests. For more versatile event formats, the Riverside Pavilion can be configured to suit your needs, hosting up to 120 delegates in theatre style or 88 in cabaret style. Perched above the college with views across Oxford’s skyline, the Pisa Rooftop Suite is filled with natural light and combines contemporary design with striking cityscape vistas. Highly flexible in layout, it also comes fully equipped with modern audio-visual facilities. The Amelia Scott has multiple meeting spaces that suit smaller groups. The Work Room is a bright and modern space for up to 40 people. It features a fascinating museum exhibit surrounding the space that showcases the trade heritage of Tunbridge Wells. The Amelia Scott also offer The Green Room which seats up to 35 guests and is ideal for workshops or boardroom meetings.

Salomons Estate is a stunning Victorian mansion set in 36 acres of rolling gardens. Its meeting spaces cater for as little as 2 guests up to spaces for 34.
