Hold you next event in the Atmospheric Wince Cellars of this 450 year old hotel,. As well as boasting a number of unique spaces stemming from its rich history including a gracious function from encourage by George Prince of Wales purpose-built for royal visits. A series of smugglers’ tunnels were discovered in 1995,. Legend has it that these eerie old caves, deep in the heart of the hotel, were once used by smugglers to hide their booty; These have now been carefully restored as wine cellars and  provide a wonderful, atmospheric backdrop for private parties. up to 28 people. 

 


 

Up to 34 people

Gilbey’s Bar, Restaurant & Townhouse can be found in the famous town of Eton, a few minutes’ walk across the bridge from Windsor Castle. The Gallery is its newest space - a fashionable private dining room with its own private courtyard garden. The Gallery is very adaptable space and ideal for business meetings, lunches and dinners seating up to 34 guest as well as standing canapé receptions and wedding ceremonies/receptions for up to 50 guests.

Up to 48

Hotel du Vin Winchester has two private dining rooms, The Lombard with its outlook onto the walled garden and the more intimate Winery with champagne terrace. This is private dining in the heart of Winchester, where guests can stroll out and sample the historic cathedral city before or after dinner..  The hotel focuses on simple classic dishes made by their talented Chefs using fresh, seasonal produce while the Sommeliers can guide you through the comprehensive wine list showcasing the great wines available in the world today.  If you wish to add a little something extra to your function try one of the informal wine tastings within your Private Room. 

Nr Winchester | Hampshire

Up to 60 in the Reception Hall

The Reception Hall at the Bombay Sapphire Distillery near Winchester is a listed building and a unique dining experience and was previously used in the production of the bank note paper for the Bank of England. Adjacent to this is the Mill Bar, a spacious multi-level space perfect for cocktail receptions. Hire of the Reception Hall can be combined with The Mill Bar and there are other spaces also available.

Up to 60 people

The charismatic French Dining Room at Cliveden House is flooded with natural daylight and adorned with intricate gilded panelling inspired by a visit to Paris by William Waldorf Astor. It's one of the House's most dazzling rooms, complete with beautiful views overlooking the river and National Trust estate. There is seating for up to 60 guests.  The French Dining Room is a late Baroque masterpiece retaining its extravagance to make for an incomparable private dining experience.

10- 70 people

Barnett Hill is located in the Surrey Hills just outside Guildford.  This lovingly restored Queen Anne style mansion has a selection of beautiful private dining rooms, all with natural daylight that cater for between 10 - 70 guests

Award-winning dining, bespoke menus, immaculate gardens and stunning gardens mean that Barnett Hill is the perfect location to celebrate a special occasion.  Enjoy pre dinner drinks by the fire or in the summer months on our hilltop terrace overlooking the gardens and the Surrey hills beyond.

The hotel also offers complimentary parking.

Up to 80 people

The Windsor Guildhall has provided spectacular banqueting experiences for over 300 years. It is the centre of charm, elegance and grandeur.  Built in 1689, the venue has been privileged to host royalty and celebrity.   Windsor Guildhall is a celebration of the opulent with a backdrop decorated with a fine collection of royal portraits – many of which were gifted by the sovereign of the day – as well as two magnificent chandeliers, on loan from HM The Queen.  Whether you are looking to host a private drinks reception  or a sophisticated banqueting experience for 80 in the Chamber, the Guildhall can provide a real sense of moment for your event. 

Up to 100

The elegant 19th century Barn with vaulted ceilings and oak beams holds up to 100 guests seated and 120 standing. This beautiful space lends itself perfectly to private dining events and extends onto its own courtyard. For more intimate occasions we have the Boot Room which offers a cosy and stylish space for smaller events. This room also joins the private courtyard and holds approximately 30 seated guests. The food at Kimbridge Barn is carefully crafted by our talented team of chefs, using only the freshest and finest locally sourced seasonal produce, with menus bespoke to your needs.

Up to 120 guests

From grand and extravagant to simple and cosy, Lainston House - Exclusive Collection have 9 private dining spaces to suit all tastes and requirements. The largest is Dawley Barn - A memorable, 17th century barn seating up to 120 guests, surrounding your delegates with charm and history, along with a beautiful brick fireplace.  Down to our more intimate experience which is the Chef’s table where you’ll experience the kitchen first hand and be served by our chefs. Conversely you can take your dining experience outside into the Kitchen Garden - guest can  ‘pick their own Pimm’s’, enjoy a barbeque or pizza from on the fire-wood oven, and rustle a few strawberries from the pots. The choice is yours

Up to 120 people

If you are organising an evening event for up to 120 people you can entertain in style in a regal state room that was created for one of the most flamboyant kings in British history.

The Royal Pavilion’s Banqueting Room oozes splendour and extravagance with its visually stunning décor and dazzling centrepiece chandelier held in the claws of a silver dragon.

The Banqueting Room (80 covers) is hired out with the Great Kitchen (40 covers) (which can also be hired on its own), where guests can enjoy pre-dinner drinks in one of the most innovative royal kitchens of its time. 

Up to 160 people

The Coach House and Tanner Suite seats 160 for a dinner and 150 for a dinner dance. The Coach House Suite is a spacious room which seat 160 for a private dinner and 150 for a dinner dance. It is self-contained and perfect for private functions, with it’s own bar and side room ideal for a quiet lounge area during the evening celebrations.

The 4 star Holiday Inn Winchester  has a number of private dining rooms accommodating between 10-200 people with a focus on delicious local food that will wow your guests. Whether you want to create a bespoke menu or dine from one of the specially compiled event menus the dedicated Event team can ensure that all your party are catered for.  A varied wine list is also available to accompany the dishes selected.

10-200 people

A gorgeous way to celebrate for business or pleasure, private dining at Richmond Hill Hotel offers a selection of carefully curated menus with an emphasis on locally sourced ingredients.

A newly refurbished dining space with Georgian charm, the restaurant can hold up to 70 people with further room options hosting 200 guests. Looking for private dining options this Christmas? Christmas packages include room hire, a four-course dinner and half a bottle of wine per person.
 

Nr Soutampton | Hampshire

Up to 500 people

The picture-perfect Hilton at The Ageas Bowl offers an array of private dining and banqueting experiences, with the facilities to host intimate private dining for groups of just ten as well as expansive banquets and dinners for up to 500 guests.  The range of suites available mean any celebration can be catered for, be it; cocktail reception, charity dinner, anniversary, themed party night or banquet dinner. 
 

The elegant and stylish Ageas Ballroom, located on the ground floor for ease of access and egress, is one of the largest ballroom facilities in the South.The spacious ballroom, measuring 47 metres in length, can accommodate up to 500 guests whilst also being suited to events with smaller parties given the partitions that can be introduced to segment the space.

Up to 180 people

A first class combination of traditional style and excellent service. The Solent Hotel & Spa has earned its place as one of the regions premier business hotels, offering the benefits of purpose designed meeting and private dining facilities and a location exactly between the cities Portsmouth and Southampton. The Hambledon suite can accommodate 160 for a dinner dance or 180 for a banquet.

Up to 300 guests

Private dining is all about treating guests to an experience they can’t have elsewhere - and that’s certainly something you can do at The Grange Hampshire.

 

Whether you decide to host a candlelit dinner among the shabby-chic interiors of the semi-derelict mansion, or an alfresco summer meal against the backdrop of its grand, neo-classical exterior, the in-house team will work with you to create something truly exceptional. They know how to make the most of the unusual spaces and activities on offer within the secluded valley that surrounds the house. While The Grange itself is best suited to larger groups (seating 300 guests indoors or upwards of 300 in marquees on the grounds),

 

Abbotstone Barn and Farm House offers a homely dining space for up to 60  guests. Both provide elegant but generous and unfussy food made by an in-house caterer with a real passion for seasonal local ingredients.

Treat your delegates to a magical three-course meal on the British Airways i360 pod whilst indulging in spectacular vista and the sparkling lights of Brighton & Hove beneath them.

Your evening starts with a drink from the bar in the ground level exhibition space before boarding the observation pod,  laid for fine dining and decked with white lights. 

You guests will enjoy a glass of wine as the pod glides slowly from ground level to 450ft and back again, watching as the sky darkens, the sun sinks into the sea and the stars appear overhead.
