We are really pleased to represent you, as we showcase the wealth of venues and event spaces across South East England. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to make the most of your partnership with us.

STEP 1: UPLOAD YOUR VENUE LISTING INFORMATION TO MEETBEYONDLONDON.COM

Complete this venue listing form below as soon as possible; this will populate your listings across the site, including the capacity finder. 

You will have the opportunity to select FOUR themed pages you wish to appear on as well as your geographic destination landing page.
 

Want to amend existing content?

If you are renewing your listing or wish to make minor amendments to your existing listing, please email us at any time. If you require more significant amendments, please resubmit your form.

You have unlimited access to our Whats New Form throughout the period of our membership to tell us about news, offers, and events.
This will appear in the What's New section of the site.  We regularly check this page for content we can share on social media.

STEP 4:  ADD SEASONAL CONTENT

Upload content to our seasonal content pages throughout the period of your partnership with us. Seasonal Themes will only remain live and have associated campaigns running whilst relevant.

 

As and when any new seasonal opportunities are launched, we will inform you. If you are not a direct member of MBL, you will hear via your destination contact.

STEP 3:  MAKING EDITS TO YOUR LISTING

Please contact marketing@tourismse.com  with  'MBL Listing amends' in the title if you need to make any minor alterations to your submission. If there are significant changes it may be easier to resubmit your form.
