Situated on the edge of the Old Tennis Lawn, with views over the parkland, it is the perfect spot to bring together your team, celebrate a milestone or launch something new. You get exclusive use of the vast Tennis Lawn itself, perfect for mingling, relaxing or playing lawn games. There is an area of hard standing just outside the tipi for you to bring in food trucks and horse box bars. You can also choose a caterer to provide canapes or a hog roast or BBQ…..The possibilities are pretty endless!

The tipi is nestled down the side of the Old Tennis Lawn, with sweeping views of the Parkland to the front, and a backdrop of rhododendrons and trees to the rear. The lawn itself is overlooked by the impressive RIverhill House and also has splendid views over the Weald.
The tipi has a wooden floor and clear sides panels, to keep your guests dry whatever the summer weather brings. The front panels can be rolled up on fine days and the top also opens for airflow. There is a front or back entrance. The tipi comes with twinkly inside lighting (Fairy lights around the beams and a large light at the top). There is electricity inside and a water source close by. We have toilets you can use, plenty of free parking, no corkage charge and a member of staff to be onsite throughout.
Nine long wooden tables and eighteen benches, each 2 metres long are available, making the event space suitable for 60 people, seated, or 80 standing.
Available for private hire for corporate events, product launches and drinks receptions. It can be hired for day time, or early evening events. All on a dry hire basis.
