The Victory Gallery houses our ornate collection of original naval figureheads and artefacts from HMS Victory. Split across two-levels, this space also has a balcony tucked away on the top level, with looks out into Portsmouth Harbour ideal for networking drinks and canapes.

Royal Holloway offers a range of private dining venues. The original Victorian Dining Hall seats up to 180 guests, with the vast, beautiful high ceilings and subtle décor providing the perfect backdrop on which to create a unique sense of occasion. The Picture Gallery, housing some of the finest art the country has to offer, offers a stunning setting for dinners of up to 120 guests. Both function rooms can be configured in a variety of layouts. In Divinity School, we can accommodate 120 guests either in college-style or cabaret; plus, there’s plenty of space for entertainment, speeches and dancing! Over the road, Blackwell Hall, is a large airy atrium space, able to seat 250, with a colonnade overlooking Broad Street, a smooth stone floor, high ceilings and a visible gallery of books.

The pride of Queen Victoria’s fleet, HMS Warrior offers an iconic and unforgettable backdrop for your event. Launched in 1860, her timber frame tells over 150 years of history and is awaiting your occasion to become part of it. HMS Warrior has a variety of spaces perfect for intimate and large dining. Originally the mess for the officers, even the Captain would have to ask permission to enter, The Wardroom table is available for intimate dinners for up to 20. For up to 60 guests, the evocative Half Deck is available. For a large, immersive dining experience, the Gun Deck can set up to 240 guests on the mess tables where the seven hundred sailors used to take their meals, in between the forty guns that made up Warriors Gun Deck.
