New Aperitivo Evenings Launch at Bombay Sapphire Distillery

Bombay Sapphire Distillery has introduced Aperitivo Evenings, a new early-evening experience designed for those seeking a relaxed and memorable way to end the working week.

Inspired by the Italian aperitivo tradition, the experience takes place on selected Friday evenings throughout the summer from 5pm–7pm, offering the perfect opportunity for colleagues, clients and friends to come together in the unique surroundings of Laverstoke Mill.

Guests begin the evening with a fun speed cocktail masterclass, learning how to create the distillery's signature Laverstoke Cocktail under the guidance of expert hosts. They can then explore the iconic glasshouses and discover the ten sustainably sourced botanicals that give Bombay Sapphire its distinctive flavour.

The experience also includes a Bombay Sapphire Sparkling Lemon Cocktail and access to the Mill Bar terrace overlooking the River Test, where guests can enjoy additional cocktails and seasonal small plates available for purchase throughout the evening.
