As the name sounds, our GuestHouse can be home to your event exclusively - that's right, all yours! Where better for your festivities? From sunset winter warmers in the Lounge Bar, to dancing the night away at Pearly Cow, our pad is a very impressive place to take-over indeed. Exclusive Use includes all 21 bedrooms for the night with breakfast the following day - and the rest is up to you!

• Space to party for up to 80 guests

Available with a minimum total spend (including your accommodation fee) from £8,750 (based on single occupancy).

Morelli's

Our fabulous private dining room, located on the ground level of Marine Drive, just across the street from the big-blue, can accommodate up to 12 guests for an intimate private supper, with a pre-order from the a la carte menu. Morelli's comes to life with the flicker of candlelight, accompanied by views of sweeping blues outside.

Pearly Cow group dining

Pearly Cow is an unbeatable setting for a sparkling soiree. Tables can be arranged from 8 to 20 guests (across two tables). If you want exclusive hire of Pearly Cow (for up to 45 guests), that can be arranged too! We simply ask that you let us know what you'd like to order in advance.
