Royal Maritime Hotel is Waiving Function Room Hire Charges for January, February & March 2025

The Royal Maritime Hotel is waiving room hire charges for January, February, and March 2025 for anyone who would like to book a conference or another type of event. The offer can now be booked, and special conditions apply.

The hotel has a grand ballroom, several conference rooms and breakout rooms. The largest conference room, ‘The Trafalgar Ballroom’, can host as many as 400 guests for a reception. The 'Hood' can host up to 25 guests in boardroom style. Banquets and meetings can also be hosted in ‘Nelson Lounge’ for up to 100 guests and there is the ' Below Decks', function room which can host 100 guests and be converted into late-night party space due to its soundproof configuration. The hotel also has 90 guest accommodations, 60 of which have been recently refurbished.
